• Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of RN experience - Demonstrated competence in RN I performance expectations or meets experience requirements upon hire

Responsibilities

• Leads interdisciplinary rounds to facilitate appropriateness of care and smooth transitions across the continuum.
• Demonstrates competence in applying the nursing process within the framework of the organization's professional model of care.
• Delivers safe, effective patient care and coordinates care across shifts
