Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participates in department/unit quality improvement and patient satisfaction efforts.
• Applies the nursing process within Relationship Based Care to plan patient care.
• Maintains collaborative relationships with physicians and staff to achieve desired outcomes.
• Delivers patient and family education and supports transition of care.
• Demonstrates accountability and supports governance and change within the practice environment.
