Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic life support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers required within 6 months.
• Plus knowledge of electronic medical records and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and support staff to coordinate resources for patient procedures and daily operations.
• Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process and assess/adjust care plans.
• Foster communication among patients, families, hospital departments and staff.
• Provide day-to-day guidance, training, and performance input with unit leadership.
• Participate in interviewing and onboarding of new staff and address staff concerns.
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust to maintain unit productivity and quality care.
