Job summary

InCommunity in Roswell, GA seeks a Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight in IDD programs, ensuring care plans, medication administration, and safety standards across the service delivery.

You will design training, lead staff development, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with physicians and the broader care team. Travel up to 90% is required in this salaried, exempt role.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in Georgia.
• BSN preferred; ADN acceptable with relevant IDD experience.
• CPR/BLS certification required; advanced IDD certifications preferred.
• 3–5 years of nursing experience; 1–2 years in IDD or similar settings.
• Valid Georgia driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Oversight & Quality Assurance of IDD programs, ensuring care plans, medication administration, treatment protocols and safety standards.
• Conduct nursing assessments, audits, and reviews to identify improvement areas and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and other clinicians to ensure coordinated care.
• Oversee medication management policies and documentation, ensuring audit compliance.
• Be available for consultation to staff on complex health issues and care coordination.
