Zusammenfassung

Southeastern Renal Dialysis is seeking an experienced RN to lead and coordinate our Home Dialysis Program for End Stage Kidney Disease patients. This Clinical Team Lead will supervise RNs, LPNs, and support staff, ensuring high-quality care, compliance, and patient outcomes in a dynamic clinical setting.

Responsibilities include training patients and partners, overseeing care plans, and acting as a clinical resource while supporting on-call coverage.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN license in applicable state, maintained in good standing.
• 12 months of clinical nursing experience.
• 6 months of experience in the home dialysis modality.
• CPR certification required prior to patient care assignment.
• Ability to distinguish primary colors.
• Must complete Home Therapy Nurse Orientation and maintain ongoing competency.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in clinical applications within 90 days of hire.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and coordinate the Home Dialysis Program for ESKD patients.
• Train and educate patients and care partners in home dialysis therapy.
• Monitor patient data and adjust care plans; communicate with physicians and team.
• Administer prescribed medications and respond to clinical changes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate lab documentation.
• Lead home dialysis training program and supervise clinical staff.
