Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate clinical and support staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, quality care.
• Communicate with patients, families, and departments to coordinate care across teams.
• Mentor staff, supervise assignments, and support unit leadership on staffing and performance.
• Assist with HR tasks such as interviewing and onboarding under unit leadership.
