AdventHealth Orlando is seeking a registered nurse to join our team on a full-time daytime schedule. Clinicians can earn up to 20% salary increases via the Clinical Ladder based on experience and advancement criteria. The role features 4x10-hour shifts with a rotating weekday off and a required call every 6 weeks.

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• RN license in Florida.
• BLS and CPR required.
• 1+ year experience preferred.
• NRP preferred.

• Completes timely assessments including physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors, including signs of abuse or neglect.
• Makes appropriate decisions and conducts interventions based on nursing diagnoses according to patients' actual or potential health conditions or needs.
• Promotes an exceptional patient experience through effective communication with patients, families, and visitors, including hourly rounding.
