Job summary

aah in Concord, NC seeks a registered nurse to join our 40-hour workweek team. You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, engaging patients and families throughout the continuum of care.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS, and typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience; BSN is preferred. You will document in EHR, participate in safety initiatives, and may float to other units as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license in multi-state or single-state with privileges where client is located.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience typical.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care with patient/family involvement.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to improve outcomes.
• Upholds a culture of safety and participates in quality initiatives.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation and may float to other units as needed.
