RN Clinical Heart Transplant Coordinator

Acts as a patient advocate and educator, promoting patient independence, self-care, and rehabilitation. Serves as a key member of the transplant team, monitoring patients and managing outpatient clinics in collaboration with physicians. Provides care to individuals of all ages.

Qualifications

• Required: RN diploma, current RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing, Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC).
