Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required; Master’s preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the states of practice.
• Three years clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage orientation, staff development and ongoing professional development for clinical staff and partners.
• Coordinate orientation schedules with managers/preceptors, and oversee skills immersion and labs.
• Provide feedback, coaching and mentoring; ensure orientation documentation is complete and filed.
