A healthcare provider in Massachusetts is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator for their outpatient clinics. The ideal candidate must have a BSN and at least 5 years of clinical experience, as well as expertise in mentoring new nurses. Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with BSN Degree
• Master's Degree Preferred
• Must have 5 or more years clinical experience in acute care, community health/health center, or chronic care
• Experience as a Nurse Educator, Trainer, Preceptor, Mentor or related leadership role
• Prefer experience leading new hire orienatations, ongoing clinical competencies, overseeing CPR program, EMR training or related
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
• Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) Preferred
• Active MA RN license or ability to gain state license
