Talented Medical Solutions seeks an RN educator with SNF experience to lead staff development and education. The role focuses on orientation, caregiver coaching, and program coordination to enhance patient safety and quality care.
The position requires RN licensure in the practice state, BSN preferred (MSN preferred), and certifications such as CPR/BLS/ACLS preferred. It emphasizes collaboration with leadership for ongoing professional growth and regulatory compliance.
Day Shift, approximately 10 hrs per week. This is 40 hours per pay period. We generally have someone work 3 days one week and 2 the next. RN with educational experience in Skilled Nursing (SNF). Most with SNF experience were likely in a \"Director of Staff Development\" role, and that would be preferred. Knowledge of SNF regulations preferred; flexibility, self-starter.

Provides for the well-being of patients through patient advocacy, education and effective/collegial communication with physicians, other departments, clinical and non-clinical staff.
Collaborates with Manager/Director for maintaining and improving clinical skills through professional development and services as a role model for other clinicians.
Performs responsibilities within the guidelines of the Hospital Policies, state regulatory and accrediting requirements.
