Powers Health in Indiana seeks a clinical practitioner, educator and consultant to develop and implement nursing techniques that improve patient care and staff development. The Educator assesses learning needs, plans, develops, and implements programs and leads system-wide training initiatives.
The role requires IN RN licensure, 5+ years of nursing experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with EPIC, LMS and MS Office; a valid IN driver's license is also required.

Makes decisions related to staff and leadership development based on identified needs. TheEducator assesses learning needs of Powers Health staff; plans, develops, and implements programs to meet identified learning needs; conducts studies and benchmarking activities; evaluates the effectiveness of educational activities; utilizes interactive processes in providing educational services which will contribute to exceeding the expectations of patients, providers, employees, in the provision of high quality, cost-effective services. Leads training programs throughout the system.
