MUSC Health is hiring for a position that focuses on conducting needs assessments and analyzing performance gaps in training programs. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a hospital, with a preference for those with teaching experience.
The role requires a current South Carolina RN license and involves designing instructional programs aligned with adult learning principles.
Needs Assessment and Performance Gap Analysis: Conducts organizational needs assessments and performance gap analysis on an ongoing basis to determine training plans and knowledge management needs.
Provides ongoing evaluation of the quality and effectiveness of educational programs using Kirkpatrick’s evaluation levels, ensuring that learning outcomes and organizational outcomes are improved. Measures are benchmarked against best practice organizations.
Minimal 3 years’ experience in a hospital. Teaching experience preferred.
Nursing, BSN preferred. Must have knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and systems.
