Job summary

Windsor House Inc. in Warren, OH is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (Clinical Director) (RN) to lead the nursing department and ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires a current Ohio RN license, CPR certification, and at least 5 years of clinical nursing experience with knowledge of MDS and LTC regulations. Flexible hours are required, and the position is full-time.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience and knowledge of MDS and current Federal and State LTC regulations.
• Current RN license to practice in Ohio.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring the nursing department provides consistent, attentive, and efficient care to patients.
• Responsible for monitoring nursing staff, nursing activities, and patient care, and ensuring nursing activities are in compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
• Must be able to work flexible hours
