Salary: $115,000-$130,000 (average)

Responsibilities

The Clinical Director (RN) oversees and directs patient care operations within the home care facility, reporting to the Home Health Executive Director.

• Coordinates and completes projects supporting the company's immediate and long-term objectives

• Oversees patient eligibility, plans services, and supervises total home health care

• Implements and maintains administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

• Enhances agency profitability and collaborates with the team to ensure quality of services

Education and Experience

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• If Clinical Director is in another clinical discipline (PT/OT/SLP), must have the applicable current license
• Preferably, one year of supervisory or management experience in home health or related healthcare setting
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation

Additional State License Requirements

• Compliance with CMS and state regulations regarding nursing supervision
• If not an RN, an Executive Director/Administrator or Patient Care Manager must be designated as supervising RN unless dictated otherwise by state regulations
