Job summary

Health Marketing is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Clinical Decisional Unit in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while supervising staff and ensuring safety. Flexibility to float to other inpatient units is required.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process, maintaining standards, documenting thoroughly, and promoting continuous professional development. Night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
• Current Illinois Nursing license and CPR certification.
• ACLS (within 3 months) and NIHSS (within 1 month) are required.
• Effective communication and ability to guide staff.
