Job summary

Saint Clare's Health, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator to oversee delivery of safe, high-quality nursing care and regulatory compliance. The role leads staff across a shift, seven days a week, coordinating operations to meet patient needs and support our mission and values.

The position requires an RN license, a BSN is preferred, and BLS certification on hire with possible ACLS, PALS, NRP and AWHONN requirements depending on department.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and valid RN license in the state.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS (AHA) certification on hire and current.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience; recent Charge Nurse/management experience.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP and AWHONN may be required by the department.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

The RN Clinical Coordinator will oversee the delivery of optimal, safe, quality nursing care and regulatory compliance while providing leadership to staff by being an effective resource, role model, mentor and change agent. This position will positively influence the quality and delivery of patient care. This position will coordinate all operations on a shift, seven (7) days a week, in order to meet the needs of all customers who are utilizing services within the designated area. Supports the mission and values of the health care system. Responsible to evaluate, assess and monitor staff performance and adhere to policies and procedures.

Qualifications

1. Must have current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the state.

2. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

3. BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.

4. Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience, recent Charge Nurse and/or other management experience. Clinical Corr

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $39.59 to $53.50. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
