Job summary

Qualifications

• ACLS certification required or preferred.
• yearly competency validation of moderate sedation procedures.
• Airway management and emergency management procedures are part of department readiness.
• Strong focus on patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and a high level of accuracy of clinical care, including charting, testing, and general delivery of medical care.
• Train and monitor clinical staff to maintain high customer service levels during clinic and follow-up responsibilities.
• Build collaborative relationships with physicians, managers, and staff to address patient needs.
• Monitor departmental productivity and manage flex hours and time off.
• Train staff on procedures performed in the office and validate competencies.
• Foster a work environment focused on performance improvement and high standards.
