Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic schedules and clinical team schedules for proper coverage.
• Onboard and train new clinical staff; provide updates to current staff.
• Track competencies, productivity, and regular chart reviews.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, DNV, and state regulations; uphold patient safety goals.
• Train staff on clinical emergency procedures and respond to emergencies.
• Mentor and support clinical staff; foster professional relationships with physicians and managers.
