Job summary

Central Florida Kidney Centers, Inc. seeks a Clinical Coordinator for our East Orlando clinic.

Under the Nurse Manager, you will plan, implement, and coordinate nursing care for in-center hemodialysis patients, guiding RNs, LPNs, and staff to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality care. You will organize patient schedules, supervise staff, and support physician rounds while ensuring HIPAA, policy adherence, and excellent communication with the care team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN license required or preferred as per job posting.
• Experience coordinating nursing care in a hemodialysis setting.
• Leadership experience with nursing staff and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, implement and direct nursing care for in-center hemodialysis patients.
• Determine patient schedules by coordinating appointment times for staffing efficiency.
• Address and resolve staff schedule issues; participate in direct patient care when needed.
• Facilitate physician rounding and maintain open communication with physicians and Manager.
• Supervise clinical staff and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Oversee patient care plan meetings with the multidisciplinary team and consent processes.
