Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator in Spokane to oversee daily clinic operations, supervise nursing staff, and coordinate patient care in collaboration with clinic leadership.

The role combines administrative oversight with direct patient care, requiring strong clinical expertise, leadership, and communication to support clinicians and patients across diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or obtained within five years from hire date.
• RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before Jan 1, 2021 may be considered in lieu of an education agreement.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision of RNs, LPNs, CMAs; set clinical goals with nursing leadership.
• Triages patients in person, by phone, and via secure messages per protocols.
• Deliver medical regimens as directed by physicians and APPs; delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care and promote patient autonomy and dignity.
