Job summary

Beaufort Memorial Hospital is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for Bluffton Community Hospital to lead patient care on the unit across days, evenings, nights, and weekends. You will model clinical competence and support quality improvement and safety initiatives while collaborating with physicians, staff, and departments.

The role requires a SC RN license, BSN progression, and a minimum of 2 years of RN experience with charge nurse duties. BLS is required; ACLS is desirable.

Qualifications

• South Carolina RN license required; BSN must be completed within 2 years or actively enrolled.
• Minimum 2 years as RN with Charge Nurse experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to lead and coordinate teams under pressure.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate workflow on the patient care unit for assigned shift.
• Provide leadership across days, evenings, nights and weekends.
• Assist Department Director to ensure delivery of quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with staff and other departments to ensure effective communication and safety initiatives.
