Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support or ARC-ALS or ACLS-I or ACLS-P within 180 Days.
• BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS or BLS-I.
• RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - Multi-state Compact.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily unit activities to ensure safe delivery of care.
• Lead and coordinate with nurse managers and interdisciplinary team.
• Manage staff schedules, unit patient flow, and survey readiness.
