Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Develops and updates plan of care with patient involvement.
• Supervises and mentors nursing staff during shifts.
• Coordinates staffing and patient flow for OR coverage.
• Delivers direct patient care and documents care activities.
• Coordinates transfers, admissions, and discharges as needed.
• Ensures supplies and equipment for safe patient care.
