Job summary

UW Health in Madison, WI, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor to oversee daily patient care operations and supervise staff at the Union Corners and East Terrace clinics. This 100% FTE, weekday schedule supports work-life balance with no weekends or holidays.

The role emphasizes nursing leadership, education, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• 2 years RN experience required.
• 1 year progressive leadership experience preferred.
