Job summary

UW Health in Madison, WI seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 100% FTE, 8-hour day shift (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) in the 20 S. Park Clinic. Provide hands-on patient care and conduct telephone triage for patients of all ages in a fast-paced clinic.

Be flexible with duties and collaborate with a vital healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality care. Requirements include graduation from a school of nursing and an active RN license; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of school of nursing is required.
• BSN preferred for this role.
• Active nursing license in the state of employment or compact state.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care in a fast-paced clinic and participate in telephone triage.
• Care for patients of all ages.

Qualifications

• Graduate of school of nursing Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Work Experience

• 6 months of RN experience Required
• Relevant RN experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
• CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required
• Applicable clinical certification Preferred
