The role requires RN experience (minimum 1 year), leadership exposure, and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. ACLS certification and ongoing competency validation are expected; role is on-site with Riverside

Qualifikationen

• ACLS certification and yearly competency validation of moderate sedation procedures, airway management, and emergency management procedures.
• 1 year of leadership (charge nurse, team lead, clinical coordinator, etc) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance and a high level of accuracy of clinical care, including charting and general delivery of medical care, while adhering to HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
• Train and monitor clinical staff to maintain high customer service levels and act as a mentor for the team.
• Build professional relationships with medical staff, collaborating with physicians and managers to meet patient needs.
• Monitor departmental productivity, flex hours, and time off to meet department needs.
• Foster a work environment focused on performance improvement and process enhancement within Riverside Health System.
