Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license from North Dakota.
1 year related experience in a clinic, specialty clinic or acute hospital setting.
Responsibilities
Facilitate interactions between patients and their clinical care team.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers about diseases and treatments.
Connect patients with resources for psychosocial distress and other barriers to care.
