Job summary

CHI St. Alexius Health in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Cardiology Clinic RN to join a collaborative team delivering high-quality cardiac care. You will educate patients, support treatment plans, and advocate for patients across the care continuum.

The role requires ND licensure (or a compact state), a nursing degree from an accredited program, and CPR (BLS) current at hire or within 14 days. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

As our Cardiology Clinic RN you will help by being an integral part of a collaborative team, partnering with physicians and nurse practitioners to deliver high-quality, holistic care for our Cardiology patients. Every day you will provide essential care within our supportive Cardiology department. Your day will be filled with opportunities to educate, support, and advocate for our patients, helping them navigate their health journey with dignity and respect. To be successful in this role, you must apply the nursing process to develop and execute personalized care plans that promote positive patient outcomes.
