Medcor in Waterloo, IA is seeking a full-time Clinic Manager RN to lead an employer-based occupational health clinic. The role blends hands-on patient care with clinic operations, offering a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and no weekend shifts.

You’ll oversee clinical staff, coordinate patient care, and partner with client leadership to ensure quality care and efficient workflows. Ideal candidates have occupational health or urgent care experience and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Iowa.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to lead and manage a clinical team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with EMR systems and healthcare tech.
• Ability to lift a 50‑pound emergency bag.
• Patient-first mindset and commitment to care.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations and patient care.
• Assess and treat workplace injuries per protocols.
• Support primary, urgent, and occupational health services.
• Manage staffing, onboarding, scheduling, training.
• Build relationships with client leadership and operations.
• Support safety, HR, and benefits teams.
• Provide case management and return-to-work support.
• Conduct pre-employment screenings.
• Maintain EMR documentation and compliance.
