Job summary

MultiCare Health System seeks an RN Clinic Manager II to oversee one or more clinic locations, ensuring high-quality patient care and broad access. You will drive patient experience, engage providers, and manage operations across multiple sites.

The role requires leadership experience in nursing, a Washington RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification, with at least four years in a professional setting and two years in supervision. Expect travel and collaboration with regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Current RN license in Washington State or MLS.
• Current BLS/ACLS certification.
• Four years in a professional/technical role.
• Two years in a supervisory/lead capacity.

Responsibilities

• Drive excellence in patient experience with outstanding customer service.
• Administer operational, marketing, and finance functions of practice locations.
• Support a culture of employee and provider engagement.
• Regularly travel to geographically dispersed clinics.
• Partner with Regional Director and Administration on physician production, scheduling, and related operations.
