Job summary

Tenet Desert is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Manager for the Direct Observation Unit in Palm Springs, California. This role oversees day-to-day ED operations, staffing, and patient flow, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with hospital policies.

The ideal candidate will have an active California RN license, BSN, BLS/ACLS, and at least three years of clinical leadership experience, with preferred prior management responsibilities. A 25K sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• RN license and BSN required.
• BLS and ACLS current.
• NIHSS and EKG tests within 30 days.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience.
• Leadership and management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day ED shift operations.
• Manage unit staffing and human resources.
• Investigate and resolve patient, staff, and physician concerns.
• Ensure compliance with policies, accreditation, and hospital standards.
• Coordinate training, orientation, and continuing education.
• Lead quality and safety initiatives.
