This full-time role emphasizes leadership, staff supervision, and collaboration with medical staff to maintain efficient clinic performance. The position requires an RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of clinical office or outpatient experience, plus one year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• RN license and CPR certification required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a medical office, acute care or clinical outpatient setting.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a medical office, acute care or outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the clinic staff and its programs to ensure compliance, efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Select, train/orient, and supervise departmental personnel; manage assignments and daily operations.
• Establish and implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems for assigned clinical areas.
• Manage staff performance and evaluations, including coaching and disciplinary actions for front office and clinical staff.
• Assist fiscal management with cost-effective policies for clinical areas, including billing, insurance, fee schedules, purchasing and space planning.
• Monitor and control clinical expenditures to stay within budget.
• Potential direct patient care duties as needed.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services.
• Engage in professional development activities to stay current with healthcare trends.
