Job summary

IV Nutrition Nashville is seeking an Assistant Clinic Director to support daily clinic operations while delivering IV therapies and exceptional client experiences. This hands-on leadership role blends clinical oversight, staff development, and sales-focused growth.

You will oversee staff, ensure client safety and satisfaction, drive retention and memberships, monitor compliance, and partner with the Clinic Director to achieve revenue goals. RN with leadership and sales ability encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN License required.
• BLS certification required.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV therapies and monitor treatments.
• Ensure client safety, comfort, and well-being during services.
• Document client interactions, treatments, and responses accurately.
• Provide education to clients regarding therapies, memberships, and wellness services.
• Deliver a high-touch client experience that promotes loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Address client concerns and service recovery opportunities promptly.
• Conduct follow-up calls and outreach to clients to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
• Support membership enrollment, renewals, and retention initiatives.
