INTEGRIS Health Medical Group Miami/Grove in Miami, OK seeks a day shift, full-time RN Clinic Educator to develop and implement programs for nursing and therapy staff. Collaborate with patient care leadership to present internal and external community education.

Qualifications include RN licensure in Oklahoma or eNLC, 3+ years as an RN, 1 year in a related specialty, teaching experience, and BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Strong English communication required.

Competenze

• RN licensure in Oklahoma or a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• 3+ years of registered nurse experience; 1 year in a related specialty.
• 1 year of formal or informal teaching experience; BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Develop educational programs including objectives, curriculum, testing, and evaluation tools.
• Marketing and promoting educational programs to maximize participation.
• Implement educational programs in formal and informal settings.
• Document attendance and learner outcomes for permanent records.
• Serve as mentor for clinical staff, management, physicians, students and faculty.
• Coordinate nursing and therapy education and maintain confidential education information.
