Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Medical Group in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking an RN Clinic Education Consultant for day shift, full-time. The role combines clinical practice with education, offering opportunities to lead professional development and implement evidence-based practice across the system.

Ideal candidate has 5 years of clinical teaching experience, Oklahoma RN license, BLS, and a Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field. Some travel and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current OK license or multi-state license via eNLC
• BLS certification from ARC/ACHA within 30 days of hire
• 5 years of recent clinical practice with demonstrated teaching experience
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, allied health or related field and willingness to pursue ongoing education

Responsibilities

• Assess education and competency needs through data analysis and collaboration.
• Identify trends and perform gap analyses between current and desired outcomes.
• Set goals for professional development and learning activities.
• Design and facilitate programs using adult learning theory and evidence-based practice.
• Evaluate education program effectiveness and outcomes.
• Provide content expertise and assist in policy development and implementation.
• Coordinate and lead complex education and development programs.
• Assist clients with accreditation preparation.
• Analyze program costs, benefits and outcomes.
• Facilitate data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and interventions.
• Plan implementation of new technology and practice models.
• Lead organizational initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with partners and academic institutions.
• Align interdepartmental initiatives across campuses.
