Job summary

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma, ADN or BSN required.
• BLS certification and NC RN license.
• At least 2 years RN nursing experience; 1 year in medical office/outpatient preferred; supervisory exp preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze clinical information and document records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinic assignments to ensure coverage and patient flow.
• Serve as clinical and management resource; liaison between staff and Manager.
• Develop and implement clinical policies; ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide direct patient care and uphold UNC Rex standards.
• Maintain supplies and assist budget adherence.
