Formación
- English proficiency required for direct patient care per policy.
- Nursing degree from ACEN/CCNE-accredited program.
- Eligible for state licensure or active license upon completion of bridge program.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and provide nursing care for residents with complex needs using the nursing process.
- Coordinate with MDS to ensure documentation reflects the RUG score.
- Direct nursing education, orientation, competencies, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality care.
- Mentor and precept staff; promote evidence-based practice in patient care.
