St. Luke’s Cataract & Laser Institute in The Villages, FL, is seeking a full-time RN Circulator to provide patient-centered perioperative care.

The role follows the nursing process to maintain standards of care for assigned patients and requires strong clinical and communication skills. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, patient-focused, capable of working collaboratively with physicians and staff, and able to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• The RN Circulator will care for patients based upon the nursing process and maintain the standard of care for assigned patients.
• We require self-motivated, patient focused individuals with strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment with patients, physicians and staff.
• The position is Monday – Friday, flexible hours but no weekends or holidays!

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida
• ACLS and BLS certified
• Ophthalmology experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with physicians/staff/patients
• Mobility for walking, sitting, standing, bending and stretching
