Job summary

Physicians Regional Medical Center - Pine Ridge campus is seeking an RN Charge for the Robotic Urology Med/Surg unit. The Night shift (7PM-7AM) oversees nursing staff, coordinates patient care, and ensures compliance with hospital policies while fostering professional development. Qualifications include 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience, RN licensure, and BLS.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and supports nursing and support staff, delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Evaluates staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to maintain high standards of care.
• Oversees assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care; ensures care plans are followed and adjusted as needed.
• Leads infection prevention efforts, audits, and adherence to safety standards.
