Physicians Regional Healthcare System in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Charge for the Emergency Room Night shift at Pine Ridge unit. The RN Charge oversees operations, supervises staff, coordinates care, and ensures quality patient care during overnight hours.

The role requires 1-2 years nursing experience, BLS and RN licensure; ACLS preferred. Night and weekend shift differentials, plus student loan contribution and other incentives are available.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• RN licensure required; BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing and support staff during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate patient care and ensure adherence to care plans.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching.
• Oversee patient flow, bed assignments, and resource use.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and quality standards.
• Lead unit huddles, shift handoffs, and audits.
• Respond to emergencies with leadership and direct care.
