Physicians Regional Medical Center – Pine Ridge campus is seeking a Registered Nurse Charge for the Robotic Urology Med/Surg unit (Nights, 7PM–7AM). You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with hospital policies while promoting a positive work environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience, active RN licensure, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• RN licensure in good standing required or compact license acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversees nursing staff during assigned shift.
• Coordinates patient care across multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitors patient flow and bed assignments.
• Ensures compliance with safety and infection control policies.
• Leads unit huddles and shift handoffs; fosters communication.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives.
