Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN licensure.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• At least 1 year nursing experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient with EHR systems and medical charting.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care per policies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient status, vital signs, and recovery progress.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain care plans.
• Prepare and assist with procedures in a sterile environment.
• Respond to emergencies with appropriate interventions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.

7a-7p (Weekend Warrior Shift )

• $5.00 Shift Differential per hour worked from the 6pm starting Friday ending Monday at 7a

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patient health status, vital signs, and progress towards recovery while documenting all findings accurately.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and maintain patient care plans.
• Prepare and assist with medical procedures and examinations, ensuring a safe and sterile environment.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
• Advocate for patient needs, concerns, and rights, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations at all times.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay: $40/HR
• Part-Time/ Full-Time Shifts
• Day Shift (7a-7p) (Rotating Weekends)
• Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Skills and Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in Ohio.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical charting.
