American Medical Administrators MGMT Company is seeking a qualified RN Charge Nurse - Supervisor to oversee nursing staff, ensure care quality, and maintain resident safety in a demanding care environment.

The ideal candidate will hold RN licensure, demonstrate empathy and strong clinical skills, and be able to adapt to high-stress situations while guiding team performance and care standards.

Formación

• RN licensure and current nursing practice.
• Caring approach and ability to work with residents and teams.
• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support nursing staff including CNAs, CMTs, and Hall Monitors.
• Conduct audits, assessments, and monitor compliance with care standards.
• Assist with staff training and orientation under DON guidance.
• Oversee medication passes and supervise CMTs during administration.
• Ensure resident safety and dignity while promoting quality care.
