Job summary

Health Marketing is seeking a nurse leader to oversee clinical nursing staff in a hospital or clinic environment. You will coordinate staffing, assign care tasks, and monitor performance to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.

In this role you will collaborate with advanced practice providers to improve outcomes and lead ongoing staff education and evaluation initiatives. Night shifts are involved, with emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program or equivalent licensing.
• Minimum of one year registered nurse experience.
• Strong communication skills, physical stamina, and attention to safety protocols.
• Licenses and certifications including BLS, ACLS or PALS, and stateRN licensure.
