Job summary

Presbyterian Village North is actively seeking a Registered Nurse to lead clinical operations across its Skilled Nursing Facility. The role emphasizes rounds, staffing oversight, and coordinating care plans for residents in independent, assisted living, and skilled units.

Qualifications

• Must hold active RN license in good standing.
• Excellent clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead health care management across campus including memory care and rehabilitation units.
• Conduct rounds to ensure staffing and resident safety.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate departmental staff (management level).
• Assess high-risk residents for pressure sores and weight changes per care plans.
• Document MD orders, family communications, and nursing notes in medical records.
• Oversee MDS assessments and resident plan of care updates.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with nursing leadership.
