Job summary

Lake Mills Care Center is actively seeking an RN Charge Nurse to lead the clinical team on the unit, supervising CNAs and CMAs to uphold high standards of resident care. The role supports daily living activities, monitors changes in condition, and ensures a safe environment for all residents.

As the front line of the Clinical Department, you will coordinate with nursing leadership, participate in care planning, and uphold ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered Iowa RN license or compact state license.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and CMAs and maintain high care standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as RN Charge Nurse and front line for Clinical Department supervision of CNAs and CMAs.
• Oversee Activities of Daily Living, monitor condition changes and ensure resident safety.
• Maintain education and ensure residents receive high-quality care in Lake Mills Care Center.
