Qualifications

• Experience as a relief charge nurse or in leadership roles recommended.
• Minimum nursing experience as described in job posting.

Responsibilities

• Monitors equipment inventory and utilization to ensure staff have tools.
• Plans staffing during shortages or census surges and arranges resources.
• Leads patient care across the unit with adherence to standards and protocols.
• Rounds with physicians and assigns beds in line with the schedule.
• Coordinates bed flow and communicates with nursing administration.
