Job summary

Valley Hope of Moundridge is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Charge Nurse for the night shift (7:00pm - 7:30am). The role supports nursing leadership, supervision, and patient care in a dedicated addiction treatment setting.

The position requires an Associate’s degree in nursing, an active RN license, CPR certification, and 4+ years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in a charge-nurse role. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing.
• Licensed RN in state of employment.
• Four or more years of clinical nursing care experience.
• Four or more years of progressive nursing experience, including at least one year as charge-nurse.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and support orientation and training.
• Assist Nursing Director in case management and inpatient medical care.
• Respond to medical emergencies following policy and procedures.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and staff development.
• Assist with medication administration and regulatory compliance.
